Civil Wedding Packages

As your wedding planner, we will organise the Celebrant and support you through the legal process which will involve administration from the couple to prepare paperwork in your home country in time for the wedding date. Included in our quotation is the attendance of the Celebrant at your wedding, a member of our planning team will attend the town hall with you the next working day following the wedding, all Greek town hall fees and taxes will be covered also and we will post to your home address the marriage certificate.

Separate to our wedding planning package, there will be documentation costs you will need to cover to prepare all your personal paperwork to be accepted by the Greek town hall. This includes translating documents into Greek and Apostilling such documents. The process for this starts 3 months before your wedding date. However, included in our package is supporting you through this process to take away any confusion or uncertainty.

We will help you to choose your wedding venue to make the perfect setting for your legal ceremony. There is a variety of wedding venues in Santorini that offer either ceremony only or ceremony and reception packages where your Civil wedding can take place. All the best wedding venues on the island are available for civil weddings meaning the venue choice comes down merely to the couple’s choice of which venue is their personal favourite.

At a Civil wedding, the legal documents will be signed following the vows and witnessed by two people. The witnesses are normally chosen friends or family from your entourage. However, upon request, we would be happy for our team to sign as witnesses for example with very small weddings or elopements.
